Over this Retreat
Building strength while having fun. Poolside chill, exploring peaceful nature spots and stunning beaches. Strolling the island’s cute little streets and what not. It’s going to be an English spoken retreat with Inna as a guest teacher. She wants to spread the love of vinyasa yoga practice to you all.
We invite you to come and have a week of bliss and nourish your soul while having a lot of fun, relaxation and joy. Finding the freedom of movement. With 3/4 hours of practical classes each day – giving each attendee enough free time to fully explore the beautiful local surroundings. Every day will be a new adventure; in your body as well as during the day. We have planned a lot of fun activities during the day however these are all optional. You can choose whether you want to relax on the beach by yourself or join the group. Nothing is obligated; it’s your time to shine.
For whom:The intensity of yoga practice will depend only on participants, but don’t worry if you’re the only beginner or the only advanced practitioner in the group! We’ll find a way to give just enough challenge to everyone, even if it means private sessions!

The costs are € 1.295 for a shared double room. The mentioned prices include VAT and tourist tax.
Down payment is 50% of the total travelsum by reservation before 7-7. Reservation after 7-7 payment in once.

Inna, originally from Ukraine is an International English spoken yoga addict who has discovered yoga about 15 years ago. She got into her regular practice in 2013 when living in Dublin, Ireland. By then she was raising two young children and had moved a couple of times which often made her feel out of balance both physically and emotionally. Her daily yoga practice made her stronger and more flexible than she has ever been, leaving her always energized, refreshed and full of “I’ve got this” attitude.
She discovered yoga in de Ireland and after that period fell in love with vinyasa yoga. In 2015 she completed her yoga teacher training with Frog Lotus International in 2015 and started teaching right away in Dublin.
Having moved to the Netherlands in 2017, it was only natural that she wanted to spread the love of vinyasa yoga practice and that’s how Yogiway materialized. Her classes are active, playful and challenging, with a fair amount of stretches, arm balances and inversions suitable for all levels.

Bettina Knapp is plant-based Chef, Wholistic Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher based in Ibiza, Spain. Her vegan journey started during her time living in the U.S. when she started practicing yoga and mindfulness. She became more conscious of what is happening in her inside and outside world. This new awareness led her to vegan lifestyle, as she started thinking about what actually happened to the food until it ended up on her plate. Her main life-principle is „ahimsa“ (sanskrit: non-violence) and her goal is to inspire you to a non-violent lifestyle towards animals, plants, and yourself.
Anouk van Dongen
(Yoga addict & Hostess)
Anouk is partly living on Ibiza and the Netherlands. She is a yoga addict who is afraid of teaching however by organising retreats she is able to combine all of her hobbies. “Do what you love” and “Inspire others to live their dream life!” are quotes which are motivating Anouk in this work.
Fiona Grace Nielsen
She came to Ibiza in 2016 from Copenhagen and she is working with clients privately and in Retreats all over this magical Island in the season. She is an experienced holistic therapist with a BA degree in Psycho-motor and Relaxation Therapy. She is also Trained in Holistic massage, Sports-massage, Acupressure points, Reflexology, Facial reflex-therapy, Reiki and Reconnective healing and Intuitive counseling. She has been working with clients and teaching groups of all ages in Copenhagen since 2003. Her passion is to help people to grow in all areas of their life, reconnect to them self, their body and to develop more self-love and care. Every treatment will be customized to fit your needs and combinations of therapies is possible.
